Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Â Debit Cards, Cash & Venmo!!!!
If paying with cash please have exact change as we do not carry cash during deliveries.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes!!!! We offer personalized gift certificates in any amount & they do not expire!!!!
What is your policy for Deposits?
$50 credit card deposits are required when booking a unit/per unit. Deposits are only refundable with an 8 day cancellation notice prior to your event date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental date you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 full year.
How long do I get my Rental for?
We do not rent out our units in set time increments, so you will have plenty of time to enjoy your unit(s) usually within a 8-12 hour period!!!!
What does the price include?
Pricing includes: Delivery to normal service area (additional costs occur when delivery is out of normal service area to accommodate rising gas costs & time), Set-Up, Instruction, usage, Break-Down & Pick-Up of unit(s). Prices do NOT include NJ sales tax.
What am I responsible for?
You are responsible for providing ample space for rented unit(s), access to electrical outlets & water hose as well as knowledge of locations for any underground sprinkler lines, gas lines, sewer lines etc.
Prompt payment at time of delivery or prior to.
Alerting us of any tears in high traffic areas immediately when damage occurs, & vacating the unit & turning off the blower in high winds (20 mph or higher)
Following all guidelines & rules for rented unit as per signed contract.

What surfaces do you set up on?
Our favorite & the best surface is on grass, we also set up on dirt, asphalt, & concrete. Sorry, no rocks/rocky surfaces allowed.
How can I be sure that my unit will arrive clean?
We pride ourselves on the upkeep & cleanliness of our units, we don't rush during breakdown & pick-up, we properly clean & sanitize our units after each and every rental to ensure proper standards, if it's not good enough for our kids, its not good enough for yours!!!!
